I was able to make it work when I moved the Command to the now required "drush" sub folder and updated the services definition. Will work on this.

Adjusted the service definition, location of the command and the dependency injection for Drush 11.6+ compatibility. Left the drush.services.yml for compatibility with older Drush versions
