Header is not rendering properly on mobile and Ipad view of 768px.

Adding a Before and After Patch screenshots.

I have reviewed and implemented the Patch provided by @Maninders.
The Patch has been implemented successfully.
Result:- Header is rendering correctly on mobile and Ipad view of 768px.
I am sharing the before & after state in my screenshots.
We can move it to RTBC ++.

I have verified and applied patch#3 on Drupal 9.5 version. Patch applied successfully
