As of 🐛 Check for session before calling Request::getSession() Fixed , tests (well, the singular kernel test) can run successfully locally, and presumably on szato's CI.
However test runs on Drupal.org just end up saying "Testing result: PHP 8.2 & MySQL 8, D10.0.5 Build Successful" and don't actually run the tests. This also causes issues that were in Needs Review to revert to Needs Work.
Submit a patch and set the issue to Needs Review.
