Add new config form option to prevent analytics page method calls

Problem/Motivation

I'm using the module but the analytics team uses the Segment.io platform in a way that they don't want to call analytics.page method when a user loads the page. For that reason, we find a good way to add a new option to the config form, and the user can manage whether he wants that feature.

Proposed resolution

Added a new config form option to form, that way users can check the wanted behavior.
