Migration routine from Drupal 7 to Drupal 8/9

Problem/Motivation

There currently is no migration routine from Drupal 7 to Drupal 8/9. Therefore, there is no "official" way to transfer best reply marked in Drupal 7 to Drupal 8/9.

Proposed resolution

Implement a migration routine.
