Form title is displaying though "Display title on shared form" is unchecked

Problem/Motivation

"Display title on shared form" checkbox not have any effect while unchecked.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install webform 6.2.0-beta6 on top of Drupal 9.5
2. Create any webform
3. Enable webform share
4. Go to the form settings -> Share settings and uncheck "Display title on shared form"
5. Go to any shared wizard, and copy the share url
6. Webform title is visible
7. In webform 6.1.5 it is working fine as expected
