Adapt modal to content width

Problem/Motivation

The state transition modal is displayed using the default width of 300px, which is generally sufficient for the default transition form, but can quickly become too narrow when the entity label is long enough or the transition confirmation form is replaced by a custom one with added fields.

Proposed resolution

We could set the width of the dialog option to "auto" so that the modal window adapts to the content.
