Got an error after updating to 1.8 on drupal 10.1

ParseError: syntax error, unexpected token "=>" in Drupal\Core\Extension\Extension->load() (regel 91 van /data/sites/web/artmaniadev/www/modules/contrib/uikit_image_formatter/uikit_image_formatter.module)
