Problem/Motivation

Using drush:

drush pmu imce: Base route not available for route entity.imce_profile.edit_form

site is dead after this:

Drupal\Component\Plugin\Exception\PluginNotFoundException: The "imce_profile" entity type does not exist. in Drupal\Core\Entity\EntityTypeManager->getDefinition() (line 139 of core/lib/Drupal/Core/Entity/EntityTypeManager.php).

    hmm.. thinking now perhaps a drush cr issue. even though cr says completed, when i emptied the cache tables manually.. my site was restored with imce disabled.
