Return number of items deleted when processing the deletion queue

Problem/Motivation

When calling OrangeDamMigrationDataManager::processDeletionQueue it is not possible to get the count of processed items back, even though the function does track the number of items deleted.

Solution is to return the $processed counter, allowing implementors to use that value.
