foreach() argument must be of type array|object, string given CloudFlarePurger.php

Problem/Motivation

I am getting following warning on latest 2.0.0.alpha
[warning] foreach() argument must be of type array|object, string given CloudFlarePurger.php:204

Steps to reproduce

- Upgrade to the module and run the command.

Proposed resolution

- Based on class's variable properties and configuration form it looks like zone id is a string, i think we can directly use it without for loop?
- Review with community if we need multiple zone ids
- Added a patch with the fix
