The help text displayed below the Arguments field in the Views: Execute Query event type reads "Provide the Contextual filters of the view in order and one by line." Per my testing content/tokens entered after line breaks in that field are not passed on to the view. I was able to pass multiple arguments when separating them with a forward slash (/).
Create an event of type Views: Execute Query and a View that requires more than one contextual filter to return results. In the event's Arguments field separate the arguments with line breaks and test, then separate them with / and test.
Change the help text below the Views: Execute Query event Arguments field to read "Provide the Contextual filters of the view in order and separated with a forward slash (/)."

This was already fixed by 📌 ECA Views Error with Argument can't be longer than 128 characters Fixed but not yet released. We're pushing another release some time this week, when this should then become part of the official module.
