How this will work with List field

Problem/Motivation

I am using this module. Want to show a block only if NODE field(which is a list field value = ABC) but i tried its not working. I tried with value, title both its not working could you please guide me what exactly i have to past as value KEY|TITLE

Let me add more information.

I have a webform block which appears on node detail page. But now i want it will appears to only those node pages who having a field (list field) having ABC value. but this module not works

Is that design to work like this or not?
