Sounds like permissions?
Few layers need looking after:
- In your Permissions page, adjust them based on your content type accordingly. Who can view what.
- In your views block, there is permissions option on the topmost middle section. Also use relevant filters (Published, etc.), in the bottommost left section.
- In your Block edit page, adjust who can view it.
Thanks!
As an admin i have no restrictions to view content… i don´t think its a permission problem.
But i figured, the block/slideshow is showing when "Vanilla slick" is unselected in views… but then no slidings etc. work. When activate Vanilla slick the block disappears.
Thanks!

Hm, no other idea, yet :)
But just in case, Use field template got in the way:
https://www.drupal.org/project/slick_views#slick-gotchas → Thanks… i will check. I noticed i have the same problem with views_slideshow blocks accationally … so maybe its not entirely related to the slick module.
Thanks… will post if i´ll find a solution

OOT, but might be useful for some visibility issues when having https://www.drupal.org/project/node_view_permissions → installed.
I recently updated my client's site to D10. Except user 1, users can not view pages. It turns out uninstalling node_view_permissions bring the site back. If you have modules which modify permissions and got visibility problems, they would be the first scapegoat to look after :)Feel free to share your solutions to benefit others and or re-open if related to this module.
Thank you.
