Saving field storage settings with no columns leads to unrecoverable error.

Problem/Motivation

The field storage settings form currently allows ALL items to be removed and saved which leads to unrecoverable error and inability to edit/delete field to fix.

Steps to reproduce

Saving field storage settings with no fields.

Proposed resolution

Disable remove button if item count = 1.

Remaining tasks

Patch coming.
