Is it possible to have a clickable link leading to the point on a map?

Hi!

Is it possible to have the map points clickable? By that I mean the following:
For example, you search for some place on Google Maps and you have a list of points on the left. You click on any of them and your map gets focused on that point.

Is that possible to do in Geofield Map?
