Add Settings per node

Problem/Motivation

At the moment EAT makes the default decisions. We have no UI per entity creation. (As per https://www.drupal.org/project/eat/issues/3006753 ✨ Allow assignment of Parent Term tid for each vocabulary Active )

Add in vertical tabs a EAT section that allows for vocabulary and parent term (if required) to be created.
