Provide Views integration for G2 referers

Problem/Motivation

G2 referers were reimplemented in 📌 Convert user page extensions to D10 Fixed .

However, currently the referer integration relies on plain database queries, but they could be exposed in Views, possibly providing a better looking UI and more flexible no-code integration.

Proposed resolution

Implement hook_views_data for g2_referer
Possibly add specific plugins
Replace Controller\Referers logic by a view
