Video embed button is not showing in configuration toolbar in CK-Editor5

Problem/Motivation

To embed videos, make sure you have enabled the "Video Embed WYSIWYG" filter and dragged the video icon into the WYSIWYG toolbar.
Video embed button is not showing in configuration toolbar in CK-Editor5.

Steps to reproduce

Install the CK-Editor5 module.
Go to the Home ->Administration ->Configuration-> Content authoring->Text formats and editors. Click on the configure option for full html.
Select the ckeditor5.
