Create forgot password test with Ethereal email.

Using the same logic as the registration test, send a reset password email and confirm it arrives at Ethereal.email.

Add a configuration variable for the user/password URL.

    Added test to both libraries: (ATK-CY-1030) Reset password
    New variable is:
    resetPasswordUrl: "user/password"

    Would be good to split out the confirmation at Ethereal.email as a function called by (ATK-XX-1000) Register with form and confirm email with Ethereal and (ATK-XX-1030) Reset password.
