Do not require guzzlehttp/guzzle because it is already required to core (Drupal 10 blocker)

Problem/Motivation

The current module depends on "guzzlehttp/guzzle": "^6.5.4". Drupal 10 requires at least guzzle:^7. Can we just rely on Drupal core having it provided and drop the dependeny on an old version?
