Fix Label on Deletion Queue

Problem/Motivation

The label for the deletion queue is missing.

Steps to reproduce

Visit /admin/config/system/queue-ui and note the missing label.

Proposed resolution

Use the correct key in the annotation. Change "admin_label" to "title".

Do what we proposed above.
