Remove optional text from end date label

Problem/Motivation

This is most likely a one off situation related to our specific site, BUT I was asked to remove the optional text from the End Date label since technically speaking, we still have to add an "end date" when saving the node

The (optional) part of the label is not optimal UI, but I don't think removing it will better the experience.
Do reopen this, if I'm wrong here.
