Renovate dependency manager does not display release notes for Drupal packages

Problem/Motivation

I am using Renovate to manage dependencies on a project. For non-Drupal packages, Renovate helpfully displays release notes and a link to the changeset. For releases coming from packages.drupal.org, this data is not present.

I am trying to determine if this is metadata that is not included from packages.drupal.org or if this is some kind of custom parsing that Renovate is doing and Drupal.org support would need to be added there.

Renovate does not fetch the release notes from any of the package managers, but has support for GitHub, Gitlab and Bitbucket Cloud for the package sources.

But there seems to be some work of making the release notes retrieval more flexible in the future https://docs.renovatebot.com/configuration-options/#fetchreleasenotes
