unomi_segments has an undeclared dependency on unomi_conditions

Problem/Motivation

The route /admin/unomi-segments/form-segments crashes because the form class does this:

      $container->get('unomi_conditions')

but the unomi_segments module does not declare the dependency on unomi_conditions.
