Default widget throws errors when no available textfield is present

Problem/Motivation

When using this module on paragraphs that don't contain a usable textfield, im seeing errors in the widget configuration as there is no option for 'Source' which is a mandatory field

An illegal choice has been detected. Please contact the site administrator.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable this module
2. Create a new paragraph with any field that isn't a textfield (in my implementation its a tabs component that will only contain an ERR field to a tab paragraph)
3. Go to manage form display for the new paragraph type
4. Default widget should be 'HTML - safe field output'
5. Configure
6. Notice the source field contains no available fields
7. Save

Proposed resolution

Use "Textfield" as the default widget option?
