Javascript Console Errors after updating

Problem/Motivation

After updating our cypress tests are failing due to new console Errors. It looks like an empty array is being passed to the Google Maps SetCenter() function when the map is first loaded. There is an if check, but its passing sine its an empty array, but its not a valid lat/long.

I don't see where a webform editor can adjust the default lat/long so I don't see how user_location[webform_key] could ever be populated.
