Problem/Motivation

Sample values are used when populating site with placeholder content during site building or profiling.

Proposed resolution

Implement ::generateSampleValue() method in \Drupal\rabbit_hole\Plugin\Field\FieldType\RabbitHole class. It should randomly set one of the available actions. If action is "Page redirect", additional settings should be added.
