Provide config options for image optimization

Problem/Motivation

The Brandfolder CDN supports some parameters that can help optimize certain images - namely (a) serving images in webp format where supported, and (b) controlling the compression extent/quality for lossy image formats. It would be nice to allow module admins to enable/configure these settings globally without needing to write any code.

Add 2 new config options.

These features are now available in the 4.x and 5.x versions!
The preview/sample images shown on the module config page have also been updated so they take these config options into account and so you can specify their size, which allows you to easily experiment with settings like image quality.
