Ggroup role mapper module new features and suggestions

Problem/Motivation

1. Bring back outsider, anonymous roles and make it optional to avoid the performance issue on the websites where they don't use it
2. Improve performance by preloading some content, we don't need to load group entities, it can help a lot
3. Improve tagging for role maps
4. Inheritance should be propagate to the whole tree and not only to direct ancestors
5. Add settings to for targeted roles, these settings will allow us decide to users with which roles we want to apply settings
