Preview broken with Symfony Mailer

Problem/Motivation

The preview feature has blank values for the HTML and plain text when using the Symfony Mailer module. Debugging shows that there are no headers under $message array. There are headers under the $message['params'] array, however, which can be used.

Proposed resolution

Add code to check both places.
