Exposed Form Region plugin is not ajax suported

Problem/Motivation

The views plugin "Exposed Form Region" is not ajax supported

Steps to reproduce

Just enable the exposed form plugin in a view and also enable the ajax in the same view. When you submit the exposed form of a region the page will reload adding a query string to the URL

Proposed resolution

Override the way the core is adding form elements to be ajaxified because the html selector wont find any of the new regions. Also disable the multipleSubmit script because we are adding the submit via JS.
