Pause spotlight when manually changing slide for accessibility

If a screenreader user manually selects a particular slide (or uses the "Next" or "Previous" buttons), they may not have enough time to hear the content of the slide before it changes again. So, in this case we should pause the spotlight.

Additionally, it appears there's a bug where if the spotlight is playing and the user manually changes the slide, it'll continue from the slide it was previously on, not the one the user selected.
