pageBottom missing

Problem/Motivation

We are a federal government (Canada) organization looking to implement AA. I am not sure if this is a speciic requirement by the agency which is supporting AA or if this is a necessary requirement for AA; but the guide we have for implementing AA states to include the script tag in head pointing to the .js file (works fine) but also to include the following in the "footer" (just before closing body tag):

<script type="text/javascript">_satellite.pageBottom();</script>

is this an AA thing which needs to be included with this module?
