Importing the "Allowed users" while createing the term

I am trying to import several taxonomy terms at once, and assigning each term permissions to a user

installed the "permissions_by_term" module,
install "CSV importer module", in the first column of the CSV file I placed the terms, and in the second I placed the user id.

I am unsure of the header of the "allowed user" field. I tried "permissions, allowed_user, permissions_by_term_user, user" and had no luck. Does anyone know how to solve this issue? or what is the correct field name?
