While working it is important to select an appropriate theme. To develop a new Drupal site I have come across two base themes Bootstrap(3/5) or Stable 9. But I am confused between these two themes, which theme is more flexible, convenient, and easy to manage when it comes to future support like Drupal upgrades, theme upgrades, etc? Which theme will be more suitable to create a robust site which can handle upgrades for the next few years? and easy to customize?
Feel free to provide your opinions and share your experiences. Please suggest based on your experience which theme will be the best fit for me. Please mention the factors that you're considering while selecting the theme. Is there any other theme other than these two themes that worked for you?
