8.x-3.10 release

Preparing new release for Drupal 10 compatibility.

Includes the following changes:

📌 Automated Drupal 10 compatibility fixes Fixed
📌 Update README.md file according to "README.md template" Fixed
✨ Consider adding a Project Logo Fixed
📌 Add CHANGELOG.md Fixed

There are some other changes I'd have liked to include, but I feel additional testing and validation is required, and I don't want to hold up the Drupal 10 release. I will look at moving these forward soon, so there could be another release following soon.
