Advanced Views RSS Feed module → may be a big help. Maybe.
This is a huge oversight, oops.
Try to subscribe to anything on a Drutopia site via RSS. (The main site feed will be another issue.)
Our sections are driven by Search API based Views so apparently this may get annoying.
like the Search API index content does not expose to Drupal Views an item link with a relative URL which is what Views Feed attachment insists on for RSS?
Get this done for the good of humanity.
Visitors with a decent web browser (ha! There aren't any!) or using a browser extension like Want My RSS - https://github.com/Reeywhaar/want-my-rss - will see the RSS symbol in their address bar and be able to subcribe in their browser or their favorite RSS app.
None? Unless you consider RSS itself an API. Which, fair.
