Documentation on the new Event config settings

Problem/Motivation

Motivation: I would like to know if the config settings under "Events Events which will be sent to GA" are an if/else scenario where it just checks if the configured GA4 account has those events already (e.g. Generate Lead, Purchase(webform)) and then acts upon it.

In other words, want to know if the enabled by default settings in "Events" are harmless and are only acted upon if the configured GA account has it configured, and if those GoogleTagEvents should be enabled by default as best practice.

Basically I am upgrading from 8.x-1.x to 2.0.x on my site and just want to make sure if I have to pay extra attention to these new config settings.

These settings were not in the 8.x-1.x versions and are enabled by default, and I am unable to find information in the issue queue or README on the new Event config settings at path /admin/config/services/google-tag.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to /admin/config/services/google-tag
2. Observe there are new config settings that are not in the 8.x-1.x versions under "Events
Events which will be sent to GA."
