Option to calculate immediately vs button to check score

Problem/Motivation

Some people may not want the score to be calculated immediately during typing. Therefore, an option to not calculate until a button is pressed would be welcome. On load (of a saved node, for example), the score would still run once.

User interface changes

- Button to re-calculate
- Add settings option per field to auto calculate (default) vs button calculate
