Add other, optional, statistics to rating area

Problem/Motivation

Add optional additional text statistics to rating area such as word count, sentence count, etc. This will not replace modules like maxlength → but simply provide additional information.

User interface changes

- Add option to turn on additional statistics per field.
- Add additional statistics to rating area
