Updated Guzzle support required for Drupal 10 compatibility

Problem/Motivation

The latest version of blackbaud_sky_api has a requirement for version 6 of guzzlehttp/guzzle. However Drupal 10 core requires Guzzle to be using version 7.

Steps to reproduce

Upgrade your Drupal core to version 10 whilst blackbaud_sky_api is required in your site's composer file.

Proposed resolution

Expand the requirement range in this module's composer file. I don't think any other code updates are required based on Guzzle's 6-to-7 upgrade guide - https://github.com/guzzle/guzzle/blob/7.0.0/UPGRADING.md#60-to-70
