Skip Cart / Redirect to Checkout

I am using Commerce Add to Cart Link on a project that requires skipping the cart page and proceeding directly to checkout after adding an item to the cart. I was using Commerce Cart Redirection → to achieve this. But this module has no effect when using an Add to Cart link.

I have attached a patch that add's an extra checkbox to the Commerce Add to Cart Link settings page. When checked, it redirects the user to checkout instead of the cart page after following an add to cart link. The "Redirect to Referrer" setting takes precedence.
