Fetcher Directory: item file path

Problem/Motivation

When using "Directory" as Fetcher, it is not possible to store the filename nor the file path in the node(s) created/updated.
But the filename may have important information that need to be stored in the related node.

Proposed resolution

Add a Mapping source "Feed: Item imported filename" - The file path and filename of the feed item.
