When using ECA to add a node to a group (on update or creation), somehow the node is strangely duplicated. It will have two entries in the content overview and views with contextual filters will duplicate. Deleting one of the instances will result in both being removed.
1 - Add an entity reference field to a node that is allowed to be posted to a group
2 - Build an ECA model that reacts on node insert, and has just a single "Group: Add content (node only)" action
3 - Create a node nd reference a group on the node
4 - See the node being duplicated at admin/content and on the group sub-pages, etc.
