Refactor Sparql11EngineWithPB

Problem/Motivation

Sparql11EngineWithPB contains logic, functions and a form. Since the functions are used at many different places, we should build a nice service for dependency injection. We may split logic ( methods etc.) from display (form etc.). The Form uses a older AJAX approach, maybe this is way it have outdated states when you delete the reasoning tables. We may transform it to DOM replacements (AJAX ReplaceCommand). Finally, we should check the database and triple dynamic queries, if they are state of the art (easyrdf i. e. have some count functions for the results or some database queries check if cache is (isCachePrepared()) build but the query is always true.
