Add support of Views Entity Reference Filter (verf)

Problem/Motivation

In my current project I need to use the features of the module with filter from the verf module.

Steps to reproduce

Add VERF exposed filter. Use Better exposed filters. Go to the settings and check there no options provided by the selective_better_exposed_filters for the added VERF filter.

Proposed resolution

Improve condition in SelectiveFilterBase::buildConfigurationForm()
