Cron process throws an error if Date range: Since Launch is set

Problem/Motivation

It is a legacy setting from the Universal Analytics codebase, and it seems that it's not working with GA4 queries.

Google\ApiCore\ApiException: { "message": "endDate is required in dateRange", "code": 3, "status": "INVALID_ARGUMENT", "details": [] } in Google\ApiCore\ApiException::create() (line 267 of /app/vendor/google/gax/src/ApiException.php).

Set a default date to prevent this error.
