Text wrapping after quotes

Hello everyone,

I use this amazing module for generating social media previews for my news website. Previews consist of the image and news title on it. Often news titles contain quotation marks and apostrophes (", ', «, », ’). The problem is that the text is wrapped after the opening quotation mark, which is not correct behavior (Please do not pay attention to the Cyrillic alphabet, my site is in Ukrainian):

I added a simple fix for PREG_CLASS_PUNCTUATION and excluded " ' « ’ chars from it.

Not sure if it is a 100% accurate way to fix this issue, so any suggestions are welcome!
