- It should be noted that GitLab CI cannot test patch files, only merge requests.
- I have disabled the Drupal CI test.

I accidentally merged it into 2.0.x first, so I went ahead and also manually merged it into 2.1.x.
@markie - now that we have a commit past 2.1.x, should we add a 2.1.x-dev release on the project page?
Looks like all tests are passing, but there's some phpcs errors that I'll get cleaned up in the next few minutes (in a new issue).
